Tun Cottage Special Offers Terms and Conditions

As a Member of the Royal Windsor Information Centre Concierge Service we offer the following services:

• Buy your Ascot Race tickets through us when you book and get 10% off.
• Get the most out of your stay by planning ahead. Order tickets for local attractions and events through us when you book and they will be waiting for you upon your arrival or for collection at the Royal Windsor Information Centre.
• From time to time we will bundle together Special Offers to include Bed and Breakfast and one or more ticket offer.

Special Offer:

• Enjoy two days of fun for all the family at LEGOLAND - it's only 4 miles away.
• 2 nights bed & breakfast and a 2 day LEGOLAND pass for each family member
• Family suite comprising a double room, twin room and shower room
• Just £54 per person per night (under 3s are free)

The Concierge Service and Special Offers are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL

This service is only available for Tun Cottage paying guests.

All tickets are for the 2010 season

Tickets can only be collected from Tun Cottage or at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Information Centre. We do not send tickets to Guest's home addresses.

If tickets are sent in the post to Tun Cottage, a small fee may be charged to cover the postage. You will be advised of this at the time of booking if it applies.

Tun Cottage will endeavour to source tickets for our guests upon request, at or after the time of the guest booking accommodation. We cannot guarantee availability.

Should the accommodation booking be cancelled, Tun Cottage has the right to retain any ticket and the ticket fee.

Unless specified in writing, tickets are paid for by the guest using the same card details used for paying for accommodation at Tun Cottage.

Refunds cannot be given to customers for unused or partly used tickets.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Customer's statutory rights as a Consumer.

All tickets are subject to the Operators/ Service Provider's Terms and Conditions.

Types of Ticket

There are three types of ticket available to Tun Cottage Guests: House Menu Tickets, Tickets as part of a Special Offer and Seasonal Specials.

1. HOUSE MENU TICKETS

• House Menu Tickets are non refundable and not exchangeable and are available at ticket face value
• The Terms and Conditions of the service providers named on the tickets will apply. Please refer to the service providers websites for further information.
• Tickets from the house menu ordered 1 week or more in advance will be available at Tun Cottage upon your arrival. Tickets ordered less than 72 hours in advance are subject to availability and are to be collected at the Royal Windsor Information Centre.
• If the accommodation booking is cancelled, in addition to any cancellation fee due as per our standard terms and conditions, Tun Cottage guests will be charged the face value of any tickets purchased.

• City Sight Seeing Bus tours
• French Brothers Boat trips (40 minutes)
• Eton College
• Windsor wheel
• London Pass (allows you into various attractions eg Windsor Castle, Hampton Court etc)
• Savill Garden

2. SPECIAL OFFER TICKET/ BUNDLES

• Tun Cottage will from time to time make Special Offers which will include Bed and Breakfast and tickets to local events.
• These offers are only available to Tun Cottage guests and are not offered separately.
• The number of nights bed and breakfast, and associated cost per person, specified within the offer will be charged irrespective of whether they are taken.
• Any nights taken in addition to the offer will be charged at the normal rate.
• All tickets offered as part of a Special Offer bundle are non refundable and not exchangeable.
• If the accommodation booking is cancelled, in addition to any cancellation fee due as per our standard terms and conditions, Tun Cottage guests will be charged the face value of any tickets purchased.
• Tickets as part of a Special Offer booking made 1 week or more in advance will be available at Tun Cottage upon your arrival. Tickets as part of a Special Offer booking made less than 72 hours in advance are subject to availability and are to be collected at the Royal Windsor Information Centre.
• TIckets booked in advance do not guarantee admission to an attraction on the day/s of your choice.
• The Terms and Conditions of the service providers named on the tickets will apply. Please refer to the service providers websites for further information. Thorpe Park, Chessington and Legoland tickets shall be subject to Merlin entertainments Terms and Conditions and cannot be sold to preferred partners of Merlin entertainments.

3. SEASONAL TICKETS

• Tickets from the Seasonal menu are subject to availability and will be the best available. Prices may vary due to availability.
• All Seasonal Special tickets purchased on behalf of a Tun Cottage Guest are non refundable and not exchangeable.
• The Terms and Conditions of the service providers named on the tickets will apply. Please refer to the service providers websites for further information.
• If the accommodation booking is cancelled, in addition to any cancellation fee due as per our standard terms and conditions, Tun Cottage guests will be charged the face value of any tickets purchased.

These Terms and Conditions relate to the Concierge Service and any Special Offers only, and are in addition to the normal Bed & Breakfast Terms and Conditions.

Use of Tun Cottage's Function Room is subject to other Terms and Conditions.
